1. Our Service: 100% Digital Delivery
Please note that all our products are digital services delivered online via Zoom. We do not sell or ship any physical products, software boxes, or printed materials. Therefore, no physical shipping is required, and no shipping charges will ever apply to your orders.
The term “Delivery” refers to the electronic transmission of the access information for your purchased training session.
2. The Delivery Process
- Order Confirmation: Immediately after your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout.
- Training Access Details: Following the confirmation, a separate email will be sent to you containing all the necessary information to join your training. This email will include:
- The unique Zoom meeting link for your session.
- The scheduled date and time of the training.
- Any prerequisites or materials you might need to prepare in advance.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Access details for your training are typically sent within a few minutes of your purchase confirmation. In rare cases or during high-demand periods, this may take up to one (1) hour.
4. Haven’t Received Your Email?
If you do not receive your training access email within one hour of your purchase, please:
